Financial Considerations
Several factors determine the fee for treatment, including the complexity of the situation. You will be informed of any fees before treatment is started. We understand your dental insurance may not cover all the cost of your treatment and we will make every effort to help you maximize your coverage and increase your reimbursement. Affordable financial options will also be discussed during your initial visit.
We offer a variety of payment options to accommodate your financial needs, including:
- Cash and check
- All major credit cards, (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
- Financing through Care Credit
- Automatic Debit from your Checking, Savings or Credit Card account

Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary (we deal with over 100 policies), we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. We ask our patients to pay their estimated portion at the time of their visit, unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you will be responsible for the entire balance.
