Appointments
We value your time and pride ourselves on the efficiency of our office in being able to seat our patients at the time of their appointment. When you make an appointment, we have reserved that time just for you. We don’t “double book” as many offices do. Dr Burks has set aside that time just to concentrate on you, your dental needs and your treatment. We expect our patients to honor and respect that time as well. Every effort is made to confirm the appointment ahead of time with you either by email or by phone. In keeping your appointments, we can complete your dental treatment in a timely manner in as few appointments as possible, avoiding additional treatment.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary (we deal with over 100 policies), we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. We ask our patients to pay their estimated portion at the time of their visit, unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you will be responsible for the entire balance.
